Where's the venue?

How do I get to the venue?
By car or Taxi. The barns are located on Fairoak farm. Parking will be on a field which will be signposted on the day. If you plan to leave your car, please ensure you pick it up by 11:00 am on Sunday.
What time should I arrive?
The venue is open from 15:00 pm, the ceremony begins at 16:00 pm - please ensure you are seated by then.
What should I wear?
Smart casual - fun, floral and colourful.
Comfortable footwear recommended, the venue is on a working farm and in old barns, so some surfaces are uneven.
Stilettos are not advised. If you think you're going to get uncomfortable in your shoes bring a spare pair. Being barefoot is not allowed.
Bear in mind, it will be in March in the UK, parts of the day will be outside. Take this into consideration when chosing you outfit for the day.
Can I have a plus one or bring my child?
There are so many people we’d love to celebrate with, so thank you for understanding that we can only accommodate those named on your invitation.
What about drinks?
It's on us!
It's an open bar - no cash needed.
What about food?
We will be serving a family-style roast pork dinner with seasonal vegatables and salads. If you have any dietary requirements please include in the RSVP.
What about gifts?
All we want is to share our wedding day with you, but if you do feel like getting us a gift we would prefer money please.
Are photos allowed during the ceremony?
There willl be a photographer on the day to capture the moment. We appreciate you wanting to take photos of our special day. Please refrain from taking photos of the ceremony until the celebrant has announced it is okay to do so.
Can I help in any way?
Absolutely, we have a tight pack down time on the Sunday morning, we would appreciate your help - please let us know if you're planning on helping.
